So sorry we had to cancel the Turkey Trot, but it was the right call to make. It rained a ton again today. Even though it was rained out we did get together for a group photo. GT had 204 participants this year! Thanks to all of our 2017 TT sponsors too!

What a GREAT night for the Turkey Trot!!!! The weather was beautiful and we had over 1000 students there with their families running the race. Thank you SO much to ALL our volunteers and sponsors! What a great way for the community to all come together and support our kids 🙂 Here are a few pictures :
Tuesday, October 25 is the big day!!!! If you registered your child for the race, they should have brought their race bag and shirt home yesterday 🙂 Please make sure on the day of the race, the bib number is pinned to the outside of whatever they are wearing. We need to be able to see the bib color as they finish. Thanks for all your help with this!

The start to our year in PE has been just great! Thanks to all the parents that have sent a clean pair of tennis shoes with their child to keep in their locker for PE. We have been very busy and have already completed 2 fitness skill tests..the shuttle run and sit and reach! Hopefully we will have sun for the next few days so we can get our mile run completed. 🙂
Just a heads up that our Turkey Trot entry form will be coming home the end of this week. This is an annual Hudsonville Family Event that we would love for you to be a part of! Please read over the form and send it back in by Oct.6 if you are interested.
